ANTOINE GRIEZMANN has ended Manchester United’s pursuit by signing a new contract.

The Frenchman is a long-term target for the Old Trafford club and had been strongly tipped to make the switch this summer.

He signed a new deal just three months ago which would keep him in the Spanish capital until 2021.
But after the club’s transfer ban was upheld by the Court of Arbitration for sport, Griezmann has made a show of commitment.
After the penalty was confirmed, the superstar forward shared a picture of himself in an Atletico shirt, captioned: “Now more than ever #Atleti #AllTogether.”
